Liquid Earth came to be in the fall of 1996 under the name Sacred Grounds which we quickly outgrew and thusly changed in 1998 to the current standard … Liquid Earth!  From our inception all the food and drink created “by us” has also been ”for us”, and subsequently you!  In truth Liquid Earth was an answer to our personal lifestyle and nutritional needs.  Liquid Earths’ menu reflects these well thought out decisions, as well as many years of evolution in “proper” eating which have culminated in an enlightened eating philosophy.  Liquid Earth represents intelligent nutrition.  We use few processes to retain the whole food nutrients.  We use local and organic product and produce whenever possible.  It is our passion to create interesting, great tasting ….great for you …enzyme enriched whole foods.

Liquid Earth has always strived to be an innovator in vegetarian, vegan, raw and living foods.  We opened in 1996 with a “living food” menu in addition to vegan and vegetarian fare. Liquid Earth is a true juice and smoothie bar creating all libations from the actual items not from a jar, bottle or can.   We have created a comfortable,  relaxed atmosphere in which to dine including outdoor and courtyard seating.  Liquid Earth has also always been a space for people to come together to converse, share and exchange ideas , art and music.  Liquid Earth is an entity, a conduit, and a catalyst.   We hosted experimental music nite which premiered local music and we have always featured local artists on our walls.  We are always committed to local fresh produce, product and purveyors.  We  create all of our signature organic tofu items, as well as all others, in house to maintain total  control. We are forever “honest explorers” attempting to expand our minds, palets, menus, accommodations and soon locations.  It is our passion to promote our philosophy of intelligent nutrition and our endeavor to promote this concept  as a standard.  And it is our hope that Liquid Earth will emerge the trusted name in both dining out as well as our products current and future!
